My name is Megan, and I am a professional ski bootfitter based in Bellingham, Washington. I grew up in New Mexico in a family deeply rooted in skiing and mountain operations, which shaped both my relationship to the sport and my understanding of how the industry works from the inside.

Being raised in these spaces as a small woman taught me early on that respect was earned through skill, preparation, and consistently exceeding expectations. That mindset has stayed with me throughout my skiing and professional career.

Over time, my frustration with the limitations of existing equipment, especially for women and non-standard feet, led me to study industrial design and engineering. My long-term goal is to redesign women’s ski boots to better reflect real anatomy, movement, and lived experience on snow.
